    The IT Business Solutions Coordinator will coordinate IT-related projects in their full-cycle, from gathering of business requirements to deployment, for our customers to achieve the best results using both new and existing implemented Kumon applications.


    • Primary responsibility will be coordinate IT-related projects in full-cycle which includes the following:

    a. Capture and convert business requirements into executable functional design.

    b. Define the scope of the plan and manage expectations, project plan and timeline.

    c. Work with users and developers to execute project plan to completion.

    d. Select, recommend and apply appropriate solutions to achieve quality result and complete on time

    e. Perform unit and system level testing on applications and all affected systems.

    f. Develop training aids and user manuals to assist staff.

    g. Monitor work progress to ensure projects are on schedule with expected results.

    • Occasional application support.
    • Other duties as assigned


    • Bachelor’s degree 
    • Strong organization and communication skills 
    • Project management experience is a plus 
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Power point, etc.) 
    • Experience with project management tools (MS Planner, Microsoft Project, etc.) is a plus 
    • Strong ability to solve problems by analyzing variables and applying appropriate solutions 
    • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to easily and effectively interact with technical and non-technical team members 
    • Strong commitment to quality and customer/end-user service
