    Responsibilities

    • Coordinate trainings and meetings held for Kumon University:
    • Communication with Potential Franchisees, Instructors, Associates (e-mail, phone, face-to-face)
    • Answering telephones, setting up meetings and conference calls, making travel arrangements
    • Set up of location, lunch offerings; preparing handouts; and tracking invitations/attendance
    • Grading required Instructor Achievement Tests (Math & Reading) necessary for temporary/full license
    • Workbook/worksheet binder review
    • Greet and direct visitors to the company in a professional, friendly, and hospitable manner
    • Answer general phone line and direct incoming calls to the appropriate associate
    • Provide accurate, appropriate and immediate responses to general requests made by visitors and associates

    Qualifications

    • High school diploma or equivalent (GED). Associates’ degree preferred.
    • 1-2 years of relevant experience and/or training.
    • Must be detail-oriented and have the ability to multi-task.
    • Ability to work with minimal supervision.
    • Ability to problem solve.
    • Excellent communication, listening and speaking skills.
    • Punctual and reliable.
    • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
    • Must be a team player and be able to take direction from a number of individuals.
